When people close to us die, especially if it seems that they are just too young, try and remember that they have only left their body, that they are free and happy and able to help you now more than they ever could have done here.  You now have a link with someone very close in the world of spirit who will always be there for you, just a thought away.  Forget graveyards and crematoria, the real essence of the person is with you whenever and wherever you are, as long as you need them.  Look at these photos and you will see that these are very special souls who came to teach us much.  And now they are aware of our thoughts and emotions, will they want us to be unhappy?  Speak to them as you would if they were still here physically, with joy not sorrow.  Take quiet time out to do this when ever you need to, aloud or in thought (don't let anyone tell you its not "normal"!) 

Just open your mind and your heart and let love flow to them . Ask your loved one for help when you really need it and you'll be surprised when little bits of higher guidance and so-called "coincidences" start to come you way. 

How can you feel joy when someone you love has died?  Go outside with nature, into the country and watch the sunset for example. You may be heartbroken, yet this very breaking opens the heart to love, allowing you to see that beyond pain there is absolute perfection, beauty and peace.  Everything is as it should be, all is well.  

".....Have you ever wandered in a country lane, tears pouring down your face, overwhelmed with the pain of grief right off the scale, yet never more aware of the beauty and perfection of the sunset and All That Is, able to rejoice and give thanks for everything, even and especially the deepest pain from which comes the awakening of real knowing?...."
